Harbor Beach is Fort Lauderdale's only gated beachfront community — a private oceanfront enclave south of the iconic Bahia Mar where residents enjoy direct beach access via a deeded private beach club, deep-water dockage along Lake Sylvia and the Stranahan River, and proximity to both the Port Everglades cruise terminal and Las Olas Boulevard. The neighborhood blends mid-century estates on generous lots with newer custom builds; true oceanfront sites are nearly impossible to acquire on the open market and tend to trade north of $25M when they do.
