Introduction

This Privacy Policy and Terms of Use ("Policy") describes how Aquantis Realty LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your personal information in connection with your use of our website (the "Site") and related services. By using the Site, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

Aquantis Realty LLC acts as the data controller for personal information collected through the Site. Service providers who process data on our behalf function as data processors.

Information & Accuracy

All information displayed on this Site, including but not limited to property descriptions, photographs, renderings, floor plans, site plans, square footage, lot size, room dimensions, pricing, taxes, HOA fees, and amenities, is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed. Content is sourced from the developer, building, seller, MLS, or public records.

Aquantis Realty and its agents make no representation or warranty — express or implied — as to the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any information displayed on the Site. All measurements, material facts, and representations should be independently verified by the prospective buyer or tenant. No information on the Site constitutes legal, tax, investment, or other professional advice.

IP, network, and connection details. When you visit our site we may briefly capture your IP address so we can look up the network it belongs to — your ISP, mobile carrier, or the organization that owns the IP range. We use that derived information to understand which campaigns are working (for example, whether scans of a printed QR code came from local devices or out-of-state). We process this data on the basis of our legitimate interest in measuring campaign performance and improving our marketing; we do not use it for cross-site tracking and we do not sell it to third parties. We discard the raw IP within 7 days of the lookup, and we honor browser-level privacy signals — Global Privacy Control (GPC) and Do Not Track (DNT) — by skipping the IP capture entirely when either is present. You can request access to or deletion of any data we hold about you by emailing privacy@aquantis-realty.com.

Bot protection. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to verify visitors and protect our public forms against automated abuse. Turnstile runs invisibly in the background — most visitors never see anything. As part of this verification, Cloudflare may briefly receive technical information about your device, browser, and network from your visit. We do not use this data for cross-site tracking. See Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy notice for the details of what they process and retain.

11. SMS Text Messaging Terms

Opt-In Mechanism

You may opt in to receive SMS text messages from Aquantis Realty LLC by submitting your mobile phone number through any contact, agent-inquiry, newsletter, or saved-search form on our Site and affirmatively checking the consent box on that form. The consent box reads, in substance: "I agree to be contacted by Aquantis Realty LLC via call, email, and text for real estate services."

Message Content

Messages may include:

• Responses to inquiries you initiated about specific properties or services
• Property details, pricing, availability, and listing information
• Appointment confirmations, reminders, and scheduling for property showings and open houses
• Follow-up communications related to active real estate transactions
• Documents, links, photos, or videos relevant to your inquiry
• Coordination of communications between you, your agent, and third parties involved in your transaction (e.g., title companies, lenders, inspectors)

Message Frequency

Approximately 1–4 messages per month, depending on the nature and duration of your inquiry or transaction. The program is conversational rather than scheduled, and you should expect messages only in response to or in connection with communications you have initiated with an Aquantis Realty agent.

Charges

Message and data rates may apply per your wireless plan. Aquantis Realty LLC does not charge a separate fee to send or receive program messages.

Opt-Out and Help

• To unsubscribe, reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a one-time confirmation; no further messages will be sent from that number.
• For help, reply HELP to any message or contact us at sales@aquantisrealty.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No Third-Party Sharing

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in information are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. We may share information with service providers acting on our behalf (such as our SMS messaging platform provider) solely to operate the program, and as otherwise required by law.

12. Saved Search & Email Alerts

When you save a search on our Site, we collect your email address, and optionally your name, phone number, and search preferences (such as location, price range, bedrooms, and property type).

We use this information to send you daily automated email alerts when new property listings match your saved search criteria.

Each alert email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You may also save multiple searches and manage them independently.

Search preference data may be shared with our CRM system for the purpose of providing personalized real estate services.

13. Google Sign-In

If you choose to use the "Sign in with Google" feature when saving a search, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google.

We do not access your Google contacts, calendar, drive, or any other Google account data.

Google sign-in data is used solely to auto-fill the saved search registration form for your convenience.

You are not required to use Google sign-in; you may enter your information manually instead.

14. Visit Attribution

QR Codes and Campaign Links

When you arrive on our site via a printed QR code or a link in an email newsletter, we may associate your visit with the campaign or person identifier embedded in that material. We use this association to: (1) measure the performance of our outreach campaigns, (2) pre-fill contact forms with information you previously shared with our team — you may always edit or clear these fields, and you must opt in separately to receive marketing communications — and (3) notify our agents when a known contact returns to the site. We do not sell or share this information with third parties beyond the systems used to deliver our service.

You may request deletion of your visit attribution data at any time by emailing us at sales@aquantisrealty.com.

15. California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act:

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
