Indian Creek Village

Indian Creek is a private island community of roughly 35 estates accessible only by a single guarded causeway and by yacht — widely referred to as the "Billionaire Bunker" for the concentration of finance, technology, and entertainment principals who own here. The island is encircled by the Indian Creek Country Club golf course, founded in 1929, and protected by one of the most heavily-resourced private police departments in the country. Inventory almost never reaches the open market; trades here are typically negotiated privately and are reported among the highest residential prices in U.S. history.
