Star Island

Star Island is a man-made enclave of approximately 35 lots in the heart of Biscayne Bay, accessible via a single bridge from the MacArthur Causeway. Originally laid out in 1917 as a celebrity refuge, the island remains synonymous with high-profile residency and has been home to musicians, athletes, and entertainment titans for nearly a century. Lots generally span 1.5 to 3 acres with deep-water Bay frontage and unobstructed Downtown Miami skyline views, and the resulting estates frequently trade at the top of Miami Beach's residential market.
