Frenchman's Creek
Named for a creek christened by young Billy Hoyt after Daphne du Maurier's novel in the 1940s. Developers limited build-out to 600 homesites out of a possible 3,300-unit zoning allowance. Completed a new $74 million, 90,000 sq ft clubhouse (announced 2022). Private oceanfront Beach Club on Juno Beach — rare amenity for an inland golf community. North Course by Jim Fazio; South Course by former US Open champion designer Robert Cupp. 188 custom estates, 90 villa homes, 291 patio homes, and 37 townhomes within the 700-acre enclave.
