Frenchman's Creek
Named for a creek christened by young Billy Hoyt after Daphne du Maurier's novel in the 1940s. Developers limited build-out to 600 homesites out of a possible 3,300-unit zoning allowance. Completed a new $74 million, 90,000 sq ft clubhouse (announced 2022). Private oceanfront Beach Club on Juno Beach — rare amenity for an inland golf community.
